Things I want to do this summer
Okay, kiddo’s, get out those “pencils” and start writing. Your topic: Things you want to do this summer. I’ll write mine here.
1. Spend more time at the beach.
2. Play a lot with my kids (also includes #1 - so it’s a 2-for-1)
3. Better organize my house.
4. Re-decorate a bit.
5. Learn to do some more gardening.
6. Write!
7. HOPEFULLY have my best friend C. and her daughter out for a visit! (Maybe some other people too - that would be nice!)
8. Um - other stuff to be determined.
Activities are not necessarily in that order, but that’s at least the beginning of my list.
So - spill … what are your summer plans?

Your typical apology and a tidbit I found
I’ve been sick.
My hubby’s been very sick.
My youngest child’s been sick.
Therefore, I am still sick. I am somewhat better in the symptom arena, but still sick and quite exhausted. Sorry to have been MIA, but what could I do? So I will try to be back in the posting game on a more regular basis…now that I’m at least mostly conscious.
I am trying to catch up and get back in the game, so to speak. I have started with my e-mail and all of the blogs I read. Sh!t - did I miss out! There were lots of things going on this past week - 10 days - 2 weeks! AUGH! And I missed them. Going out of the loop isn’t always good, I guess.
Well, I am half-way through my 427 blog posts to read - and I found something to share: THIS from Tamara Siler Jones’ page.

Guests and Sick
This Spring Break has been great and awful all at the same time.
We have had out-of-town guests to run around with - which was great - but I’ve been sick - which has been awful. Now AJ’s sick, too.
I guess that’s what they mean by “in sickness and in health” - eh?

“You’ll shoot your eye out, kid.”
Anyone remember “A Christmas Story”? Of course you do. Sadly, Robert Clark, director of “ACS” and several other films, has passed away. I wish I could say he was very old, and passed in his sleep, quiet and peaceful. However, Clark, 67, and his son, 22, were killed in head-on collision with a drunk driver.
