Iron Man
Went to see Iron Man on Saturday after flying in from Indiana (and my brother’s graduation for his 2nd masters degree.)
I thought it was pretty good, myself; Robert Downey, Jr. was perfect in the role, and the changes were minimal (Pepper Potts was a lot more “in” on the goings-on of Tony Stark as Iron Man, for instance.) Still, quite entertaining.
As the film deals with war, weapons manufacture and other like topics I was wondering when people would denounce it because it doesn’t immediately echo their particular political prejudices.
Come on, people! It’s a film about a comic book super hero, not a statement. Get a life.

The comments section is especially disturbing. These people are conservatives/republicans? Embarrassing. I’m going to start a new party, the I’m Not With Those Guys party.
