Family Media Guide has put up this handy search engine (using their “proprietary methods”) that allows you to search based on Profanity, Sex and Violence.

It’s great! It allows you to watch only the most Violent, Profane and Sexual films and video games – no guessing and finding out that “When Harry met Sally” doesn’t have any explicit scenes.
