The Moonbats are barking
Of course we can always count on a loud spell of barking from anyone with the surname of Kennedy, always a good indicator of brain damage after about 1968.
Here we have a commentary from RFK Jr. seriously suggesting that the hurricane that hit New Orleans is due to our rejection of the Kyoto treaty.
I wasn’t aware that RFK Jr. had a degree in meteorology or climatology, but he doesn’t let little things like facts or evidence get in the way of political puffery.
Now, keep in mind that this is at the Huffington Post; it’s harder to find a bunch of whiny, blubbering paleo-libs anywhere other than the Democratic Underground (aka the “Duhs”). You’ve been warned.

Another minor detail: Clinton didn’t sign Kyoto either. He had every opportunity to do so, but knew it would be economic suicide for the US.
Still, typical leftist behaviour is to blame it on Bush. It’s a yet another example of BDS.

Well, as a treaty it would have to be approved by Congress, and there was NO chance of that. Thankfully.

[...] Well, it appears that the moonbats simply cannot resist politicizing thie hurricane Katrina aftermath; I have already posted here about RJK Jr’s attempts to say global warming caused this hurricane. Time to up RFK’s meds, methinks. [...]
